04Focusing on the upgrade of community fresh food supply and agricultural digital transformation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the project addresses core needs - convenient and safe traceable grocery shopping for residents, more efficient operations for merchants, stable income growth for producers, and digital governance for government - and proposes an overall "AI + community fresh food collaboration" solution.

Built on the overall architecture of "one core, three ends, four chains, five loops", the project establishes a Bay Area demonstration hub connecting certified production sites, community nodes and the platform core. It opens up the compliance chain, traceability chain, transaction chain and data chain, forming five closed loops - supply, quality control, settlement, risk control and governance - to drive full-chain digital collaboration from field to table.

On the capability side, the project integrates the AI planting decision engine, AI full-chain product system, AI smart cockpit and smart mobile fresh-food vending vehicles, together with cloud-edge-device collaboration, IoT sensing, blockchain traceability, big data analytics and intelligent scheduling, to achieve supply-demand matching, quality tracking, operational optimization and regional collaborative governance.

The project is committed to building a Bay Area demonstration model of smart agriculture and community fresh food that delivers stable supply, strong compliance, lower costs and job creation - a regional collaboration model that can be replicated and promoted.
