Starting from the front line of agricultural production, we completed data collection and indicator definitions for the first batch of pilot farms, and built standardized models for key data such as soil, weather, moisture and pest conditions. This established the product line of "trustworthy data + closed-loop delivery" and laid the foundation for later platformization.
We launched AgriOS agricultural operating system, unifying the management of plot/crop profiles, task dispatch, execution records and business dashboards, and introducing the operating mechanism of "prescription strategy + task closed loop", moving from "monitoring" to "executable operational coordination".
We integrated agricultural foundation-model capability and formed a closed loop of "forecast - alert - decision - execution - review" covering more crops and scenarios. We further connected quality grading, traceability and fulfillment data, and began accumulating carbon footprint and green indicators, providing usable material for subsidies, ESG and green finance recognition.
